As against the Amazon customer service deserves 5 stars. Upon becoming aware of the subject and my troubles with Kenwood, sending in a few days of a new model (which works fingers crossed).
In short I praised once again the quality of the service makes Amazon often relativize the price differences with lowcost sites. I regularly buy on the site because I know their responsiveness and efficiency in any returns.
