I was immediately impressed by the Nike + site that has really "forced" me to run. My main reason why I have Nike + put on me, is that I always a little pressure (or a target) need to play sports. And for that Nike + is just great. A Nike Mini you can put together. A small virtual friend looks very freaky and fit. This "mini" can occasionally casual sayings go, where you immediately think up and running. (More on the Nike + site see below)
Now back to the sensor. I use it with my iPhone 3GS, a Belkin Armband and the Nike Air Zoom Vomero + 3 After the first 3 rounds, I was absolutely delighted with this Nike product. The setting of the sensor is very simple, but it could give more settings (eg to adjust the volume of my "virtual trainer"). The accuracy of the measurement kilometer and calorie consumption I can not judge, but for me it is realistic details. While running I think it's great solved by immediately experiencing Sämmtliche data on the previous run within a button press. This data can be loaded onto the Nike + side up on which they are displayed in graphs for each run. This is a simple way to track the power curve. The personal data can be exchanged with other users and with each other a bit "slippers". It is also possible to achieve mile stones that allow one to Nike Mini to gestallten more individual or to accept other Wettkämfpen part. Until then I was totally convinced Nike +.
But one drawback I have unfortunately had to experience after a very very short time. I have previously read that there is not exactly rosy with the life of the Nike + sensor, but that it already gives up the ghost after 7 days use, I did not think. The reason I was not able festellen (so I can unfortunately not comment on battery life give). I have reported this annoying incident Amazon.com immediately and will get a new sensor in the next 1-3 days.
Conclusion:
For beginners (and recreational runners) Nike + is recommended. But the question arises whether the regular purchase of a new sensor is really worth.
