The next big diet trend are well known green smoothies. I have occupied myself with enough nutrition to know how important it is salad - and yet, if I have to chew the leaves ... leaves my motivation to regularly. But soon even drink a good amount of salad - it works. I bought a wonderful juicer last summer, 700 watts, the premium juice produced. However, the residue volumes (waste) were not to be despised. Drinking 1 minute, brush 1/2 hour, then gnawed again at the motivation. Carrying buckets of organic waste down, is not always my cup of tea, even if the juices homemade have extraordinarily good. When I started me to occupy myself with smoothies, it was inevitable to deal with mixers. If you do not want that one but bites on small Salatzstückchen, then you need at least 500 watts, but that has my food processor and the result was rather poor. Smoothie Freaks recommend a blender that brand that starts with seven hundred Euro, not cheap pleasure for a blender .... Therefore I have given me a few Rechcherchen this product from Krups. The price is about a third of the star product, but it works just as well. What I like is the very quality and solid construction, a heavy glass jug, the stability. The machine does not take up much space. Unfortunately, it's loud ... really loud, but the smoothies are creamy. No Salatstückchen. The pot can be wonderfully clean, easy to remove, everything quickly and easily. And the entire biomass is really recycled. I am happy.
