Overall, one can start from an hour very nice light. If the room is well lit, after two hours of the most illuminating is neutralized.
Can evacuate in dim one out of three hours of good luminosity, possibly even four hours, when it is very dim. After that, the rods remain lit, but fun no longer make the then rather because the luminosity very subsides.

Particularly beautiful are the three red, which unfortunately but only light up the shortest. Least appears bright blue glow stick, but this does not correspond to reality: blue is one of the rather bright bright lights (like the photos can be seen clearly - the eye of the camera is infallible).
Please do not understand the photos wrong: the added RELATIVE is brightness. I chose an aperture and a shutter speed that does not correspond to what the human eye sees. The lights are absolutely brighter than in the pictures. But in order to document the removal of the brightness, I have chosen a diaphragm and a time at which the first image is not overexposed. After that, the light output was still lower, as you can see in the pictures, the camera settings remain but equal. Even after eight hours, all six colors could be seen still well in total darkness.
At a New Year's Eve event from 20:00 - 02: 00h, and about 100 people 300 Starlights were adequate (not everyone likes them: -D). At a children's birthday 300 lights should also be sufficient.
