++ Excellent workmanship and heavy gauge. (The pan weighs 1.500g)
+ Absolutely flatground.
+ The pan is suitable for all heat sources
+ Because of the usable metal handle in the oven
+ Noble optics (high-gloss stainless steel exterior and on the non-coated inner wall)
+ The nonstick shares can be cleaned very easily, even if you initially do not have the impression. Cleaning is however more complex than in a pure non-stick pan
+ Durability seems given for lifetime durability, we have to test a little;)
- Despite thorough rinsing (! Penetrate recommended) before the first use appeared after oiling the pan on kitchen paper a black discoloration. On the second attempt this pollution was almost gone. The manufacturer should point out or in production already off this point.
- The non-stick effect is limited and does not get any better than that of a steel ladle. For this reason, we also come to the devaluation. The real benefit of this very complex technology opens up to us not in the practical test.
- Due to the high weight of the pan is a bit difficult to handle
- The noble glossy surface is somewhat sensitive (but can be due to the high quality yet easy to clean)

Do not clean the frying pan in the dishwasher.
Before first use we recommend a very thorough cleaning
Conclusion: The principle good idea just does not good enough. It is certainly not at the excellent processing by WMF.
