I had these pliers actually appointed sausages grilling because I assumed that the imaged form for turning sausages would be ideal. However, this was suitable in a practical test, unfortunately, only for meat twist because the "Grip" for oily sausages missing, it is simply too smooth. But I must say that I often make pork sausages on grill pan and this almost swim in oil. I can well imagine that these forceps may be suitable for dry sausages on a charcoal grill. One would have time to try. Otherwise, it is super handy and not too heavy. Can I still recommend it.
