You find in him a poor fryer oil ... sorry but you will be very disappointed. Serte cooking is faster than its competitors but cooking is not homogeneous unless you have the courage to brew your frits continuously but good luck to keep intact frits.
Otherwise this is a good mini oven / grill heat turning but should not be a large family ....
