First impression (before the firmware update):

- The supplied strap looks cheap but wears wonderfully
- The holder of the belt attracts many lint and you can not measure the pulse when the unit's inside
- The battery lasts solid
- The app works great (Galaxy Note 2 Android 4.1.2), synchronization also

- The distances that sound realistic to be covered

Conclusion: Great little gadget to play around. 100% accurate, it is not, but provides quite accurate trends
Tips:
- If the heart rate monitor shows total different values, Just change the finger to the measured (for me it works best on right middle finger)
- If sleep Tracker displays strange sleeping curves Just attach the bracelet from the left to the right hand
