I bought the tripod mainly for snorkeling with the GoPro. For this, the tripod is ideally suited. After two weeks, Maldives snorkeling ;-) I can say the following:

+ Very stable
+ Easy handling when "exit" of the individual segments through practical quick-release fasteners

--- After two weeks of use underwater, the screws (GoPro bracket and upper head support) are no longer functional since rusted. I have the tripod rinsed after each snorkel gear in fresh water immediately and then let air dry in the extended state. Nevertheless rust unfortunately has been formed, so that the holder (180 ° swivel) can no longer be adjusted. The screw easily rusted. (See photo)

Conclusion: for under 20 euros there is a good, easy-to-use tripod with slight defects in the screw choice :)
