o Processing: is adequate for the price. The device consists virtually entirely of plastic, only the blades are made of metal. I find but more honest than many other manufacturers which advertise with a glass jug and aluminum housing, but share the known vulnerability with this device:
The transition between the blades and engine block is of course made of plastic. This is probably the place that limits the life of this product in any case, if it was not previously give up the ghost. With frozen fruit and ice cubes, I would be rather cautious.
o Handling: In comparison with a large stand mixer you have to cut all the ingredients very very small. If I cut 10-12 commercial strawberries in a small neighborhood of the cup is actually already nearly full. Perhaps even fit in half an apple or half a banana, when very fine cuts in any event. After mixing, the cup is now, of course, only about half full. Now you can make either the half-filled giant cup on the way or still make a second vessel dirty. Or you cut into it even a little more fruit and mixes a second and third time.
That shrinks the content when blending naturally clear, but the place in sports or briefcases is just too limited. I now see no advantage over conventional mixers and mixing with a hurry in the morning a smoothie that has thus only limited to do. With a big mixer I give banana and strawberries all the way in and the apple, quartered (Fruit Ninja-cut enough). The smoothie I fill in do an appropiate container and rinse the blender short underwater. This is at least as fast.
o footprint: The footprint of this machine is relatively low, it is also found in small kitchens into place. That is practical.
Overall still a good device. Since there is almost no negative criticism in the other reviews I have emphasized almost exclusively the disadvantages. I am as I said quite happy with it, apart from the little weaknesses.
