The Garmin Lifetime software is to be avoided, as all the forums say it does not work and wastes valuable time, you have to go through the usual upgrade card.

That said, during the initial upgrade card, everything went well, for against the 2013.20 is not the case, there was not enough memory for the update, it necessary to reduce the coverage (or add a memory card!) and therefore lose the voice control. Short of badly cut products ... and inadequate ...
