Delivery to the top with premium amazon, as usual, nothing to say! However, on a product at this price, I expect to receive it without flaws. The plate / cooking surface has two stripes in the middle part of the grill. Now it is the non-stick portion which is fundamental in such a system! I have not been able to return because I had the day of delivery, organized a Barbec with friends, and 2 others in the same week. Wait 10 days (return / refund / exchange) and more barbecs cancel my, that was the question. It has ruled. We keep it as is. But I am unhappy with the quality control of the product! Too bad it super fast heating and the surface is very wide, that's really a good point.
