The charger offers a cable did you run to the outlet, not a wall wart, Which is how I prefer my chargers. I hate wall warts.
The charger can accept 100-240V. The cable included is for US style outlets, but with a plug adapter You can use this around the world quite easily. And Because it has a cable running to the wall, instead of plugging in Directly or a wall wart, it will be a lot easier to travel with and less likely to fall out of the wall outlet. I've had that happen with another charger while in Germany - I plug in a plug adapter and then plugged it into the wall. During the night it fell out of the outlet and freaked me out. That should not happen with this charger, thankfully.
Each port is a "smart" port and can output 1 A to 2.4 A, DEPENDING on the demand from your device. Be aware not to overload the circuit though, as with 5 ports, trying to charge 5 - 2.4A devices will put you over the 8 A max output. This will not hurt the device, but it will go into "overload" mode and not charge anything until you unplug it from the wall and remove enough devices to get you to 8 A or lower output. This is normal, and it is a good thing as it Means You Will not hurt the charger OR your much more expensive devices.
It looks nice, it works well, and it's simple.
Highly recommended.
