I am on the whole not big fans of film music, but because it is in the trilogy is three of my favorite movies, and this box is very convenient, I let myself be tempted to purchase and was not disappointed. Howard Shore created almost always a worthy musical realization of the film. Through a lot of titles to come back the corresponding scenes of the film in mind. Many pieces such as "The Ring Goes South" from the first part of the produce often hear goosebumps. The sung titles, above all, of course, "May it be" by Enya give wonderful mood of the movie. Here, of course, should not yet be vergssen the beautiful title "Gollum's Song" by Emiliana Torrini and "Into the West" by Annie Lennox. But worth hearing are the vocals of Billy Boyd and Viggo Mortensen in the last part. Howard Shore's soundtrack is absolutely just this brilliant films. The box I can really recommend to any fan of the film highly. The cover of the three first editions of the albums entprechen soundtracks but the cover of Filmplaktats it was used in each case which I think is very well done. In addition, still in some alternative cover with characters and scenes from the film with in the box. Unconditional purchase recommendation for all fans, if only because of the very fair price.
