I took this power supply to replace that of my ReadyNas NV + who passed away during a storm. Netgear no longer sells replacement power supply and the few opportunities available to US sell at ridiculous prices - so FSP management ... Mechanically it is fully compliant with the standard Flex ATX 1U, so no installation problems. The fan is pretty quiet (front-mounted). For utilsation Netgear must tinker two son on the ATX connector and a cutout in the back plate of the NAS limping to let out the air (the original power supply was no fan) - but for 99% of use c East of the 'Plug and Play'. Solid construction, no sharp edges, delivered without screws or power cord. I revisterai this comment in 2 or 3 years to keep abreast of his life 24/7 operation.
