Great help to know what's going on with baby!

Every baby goes through "developmental leaps" - when Their Brain Develops, And They learn new skills, and start seeing the world in a new light. Usually just before and during One Of These leaps, your baby is a lot fussier than normal, Because Their whole world is shifting beneath Their feet, and it scares them !! What we as adults and parents just might see is a particularly clingy and whiny baby is Actually a baby going through One Of These phases!
