Unfortunately, I also belong to which a slightly elevated blood pressure usually have so little to 134/90 and increased heart rate. And I have therefore also been around for a few years to take tablets. Fortunately these are now so good that I rarely even a few side effects.
Until now I had to check at home just a simple instrument for the wrist. That's good for measurements. But one of the upper arm as doctors use it measures naturally better and more accurate. That's why I was also very pleased about the device.
