Have already tried several inexpensive LED bulbs for the desk and so far not had good experiences. Then resorted to this model a little deeper into their pockets. No flickering, no humming and lots of natural light in a pleasant color for desk work. Great we find the Sleep Timer. If it lasts a long time, then it is worth the price.
Update: Lamp is for a year now in daily use and still works fine!
