Great little camera with very nice dynamic range, high bitrate but use SDXC card, fine detail, impressive image stabilization.

So far I have tested it during a few days only but I think a review at this stage already makes a lot of sense (and I hope Sony is reading this so for the positive things and my suggestions for improvement).
What I like:
-Impressive Video stabilization: Not the shaky amateur look we Usually get to see with some other brands.
-50Mb Per mode: lots of fine details in fast moving action shots (less smearing of fine detail). Note That Youtube uploads Usually Reduces Quality. So I was pleased to see, dass die per mode output looks a lot better than what we get to see in some youtube footage of this camera.
-The WatchStyle Remote Monitor is a great thing: because it gives instant confirmation of composition (ie during recording) and all settings of the camera can be Accessed. So far I did not test the smartphone app Because currently there are no waterproof smartphones That Can Be Worn on the wrist.
-Pro Mode with natural colors: very pleasant professional look and good highlight and shadow detail. Not the look of an average smartphone video with blown out highlights. "Natural colors" may look less punchy but Actually gives a much more pleasing look and Allows more freedom during grading in post.
Important to note: Get a 64GB SDXC card otherwise the per mode (50Mb / s) does not work!
-new Firmware Upgrade Allows camera to be used as a web cam or time lapse recorder (or triggered by Movement Detection).
-Remote Control has good battery life (but see suggestions)
-Sound Silent acceptable When Using waterproof housing.
-Splashproof Without the waterproof housing.
-Tiny And light.
-Tripod Mount for camera and for waterproof housing.
-There Is no compact camera indeed can do this (video quality, wide angle view, waterproof housing, easy mounting)
-GPS On board, but so far this what not tested

Suggested improvements (otherwise it would have been a five star product):
-Great Disappointment that the waterproof housing, it just fogs up in no time! There is very little space inside the housing for a silica gel bag so I shall try to make one myself thatwill fit inside. Fog makes footage look very unsharp and foggy. I Took Care Getting the camera dry inside but still the temperature difference between air and river water makes the remaining atmospheric moisture inside the housing condense on the lens (after a few waves did hit the camera).
-Battery Life in standby is too short. An option is lacking to switch it on / off using a remote control. Currently recording can be stopped / started via remote control but not set to a low power standby. One reason is indeed the constant wifi and live preview connection requires lots of energy. Problem is That When I mount it in front of my kayak I can not reach it during kayaking so after 2 hours batteries run flat and leaves me the rest of the holidays (!) With an empty battery camera and just a few minutes of video recording. Perhaps the optional IR remote would be able to do this?
-Photograph Shows lots of smearing of fine detail (but I Mainly use it for video).
-There Is no protective lens cap provided, nor for the housing or the camera. I did assume the plastic dome window of the waterproof housing may get scratched Easily? Imagine transporting it inside a soft neoprene protection bag did accidentally collected some sand grains inside ...
-Charging Takes a Long Time (charger not included but it charges through a USB cable Supplied and luckily I happen to have a general USB charger).
-The Live remote can not playback recorded video. So the first moment I could check if the video recording was good or did it did record something which after the holidays. Search functionally Seems easy to implement as it may arrive with a new firmware update?
