Both FM and DAB +, very good sound and reception (device uses the respective connected headphone cord as an antenna). Huge advantage: no permanently installed or expensive special battery, but normal batteries used. The headphones are not perfect, but I've never experienced that included earbuds sound good. It is worthwhile in any case, to replace them with higher quality
