My personal favorite among the Wii sports games. It trains endurance and strength / toning. I have almost every sore muscles afterwards (am otherwise rather unsportsmanlike), but the progam increases and also your fitness with. I like it so well because there are ready-made workouts and there will always be some minutes of aerobic / cardio and then again a few minutes of strength / muscle exercises with Teraband - you could also set up their own dumbbells - alternated. So it is never boring. There are undergone various "sports".
