Great way to start a new RPG world

Since I currently still discover me through the world of Skyrim and beatings, I wanted after I had received KoA, actually only items, take a quick look. From the quick look, however, until now again, "unfortunately" a few hours become. The "unfortunately" is here but not negative but positive to see, because the game makes me personally been really a lot of fun.

The game is designed very carefully and know from the beginning to convince by its great presentation and good playability. The graphic style reminiscent in fact of World of Warcraft and perhaps may not be for everyone. However, I personally like this easily cartoon-like and colorful style. Despite the style KoA is simultaneously a bleak game because it tells a dark and rich history in the world of Amalur - and this story is no peace, joy and pancakes. The latest is clear after the first few battles, involving neat to the point. The age rating comes here not by chance.

Under the WoW or Fable look a game is in the style of Dragon Age that very much has in the big world has to offer. As there would be a well-told main quest, very many side tasks, dungeons, crafting, factions, and so on ...

A test complain that the side quests would only "generic". That's true, but in my view, only partly because KoA also offers quite more diversified side quests. Even the big brother Skyrim can not freely speak of it, "I object A from place B Hole" or "Kill XY and bring me his head" are enough tasks in style.

But I do not like KoA also compare directly with Skyrim, there are other games in my view, and also to "feel" different - and that's a good thing.

KoA is a very action-oriented game and has a great combat system. It's fun to slice through enemies and explore the secrets of the great game world. Although KoA not so freely explorable as Skyrim, so there is still much to discover and explore.

What I would have still wanted for the game would be a freely adjustable camera distance, as it is only 2 preset here and is the overview in the struggles sometimes some flutes. Also, the inventory would you possibly can make a bit more comfortable.

Aside KoA has become a great game, be of what the future might still be followed by further parts. Anyone who likes to play (action) role playing may (and should) IMO safely access!
