..... The corrosion protection is a challenge. I put the wok only once a time in very hot water to the corrosion protection "to solve". Then with a scraper, the one usually used for a ceramic hob, scraped the stuff. That went very well, the remains were then removed with steel wool.
We have a gas stove and there makes cooking with the wok really joy. After use / undbedingt clean something oiled, naked iron rusts quickly.
