Great Workouts

After long with Your Shape 2012 have trained (Fem., 46 years), I wanted to try this game again.
In YS there are many different individual exercises. The longer Shape & Burn -Workouts are me often too fast and jumping. Moreover, I find the arm, leg and butt exercises to male.
With My Body Coach is a complete workout is always carried out (depending on the details 20-40 minutes) plus followed about 10 minutes Zen / Pilaten / stretching part. There are also recipe suggestions.
The workouts are well matched to the respective target and condition. In my case, for example, is made in one day and cardio the next day a full body workout. Waist, hips and obliques are trained more effectively than at YS. I get along well sweat, but I am not quite as out of breath as in the long YS workouts.
The exercises are well shown us explained in clear English and well illustrated in German script. You can change the relationship between music and language trainer volume. Slightly less comments trainer would not hurt, but you get used to it. Not all exercises Kinekt-check is carried out, but that does not bother me.
One can only make the entire workout, but no individual exercises. But you can select special programs, such as bikini figure Rückbildungsgymnastik, relaxation, abdominal / legs / buttocks or abdomen or back, and much more. The exercises should be carried out with light weights. I use 0.5kg-weight gloves, partly 1.5kg dumbbells. The storage medium must be specified before each workout.
The game is especially recommended for women who want a continuous workout for figure improvement.
