Before hanging up the LP (the vinyl is the way the CD), says one is already over two cover versions: Green river and the rare gecoverte Sinister Purpose, both of Creedence Clearwater Revival from their 1969 LP called Green River.
But these two cover versions are like the whole album: lukewarm. Not earthy, not garagig, the guitars do not sparkle and they also rattle not really. The album is somehow not in the slippers. Inhibited and tired all sounds to me as well as any recently used coming harmonica tearing something out. So we wait for the next release, the determined yet in coming early summer appears
