Have heard that Part 4 of the series is to be better than the successor. I have looked at many LPs of the successor and had to try this part for comparison. The game is now 10 years old, but still makes a lot of fun. In my opinion, it is even much better than the successor.
Absolute buy recommendation + tip for SimCity newcomers!
