Handles are not as ergonomic as eg Leki poles

The value for money and features of hiking or mountain sticks true. They are including snowshoes supplied from other suppliers not a foregone conclusion. The material of the handle is soft and tacky. Since I primarily but to reduce the sticks only to descend to use my body weight during the descent to the legs and knees through support to the poles, I would like sticks which have a handle which can be also good access and run from the top.
