Disadvantages:
- Even after two years, was still unabated clearly felt this moisture
- To lie down, they are not suitable, otherwise move the cores. Which are housed in a chamber, and then slide down to the heel. A sort of quilted separation would not be bad.
- In bed they already are not, because they just feel it too wet
- Depending on the coldness of the feet keep the shoes not really long warm. Are they really cold, you have to re-heat for at least 10-15 minutes. The less cold the longer they hold. Logical Physics.
- Running can be so either.
And why I would use them again and again in spite of all these disadvantages? Very easily. First of handling. Starting in the Micro, wait 90 seconds and feel good because your feet come into the warmth. Angled to the upper body under the bed, legs can be outside, read a few pages book, possibly again well warmed in the micro and after a few more pages book to slip into bed. This also works with a foot bath - clear. But the shoes work much more "on the side".
And secondly, it really warm right through beautifully. I use it at least every other day and do not want to miss these things.
Watching however: The duration of warming really observe the instructions. After moving I underestimated the number of watts (existing) Micros and have the shoes two minutes given pure. Result: The whole apartment smelled of popcorn and the shoes you can throw away. The grains are charred. That's why now new and I've also learned a)
