This is my third Kathrein after 821 and 822nd
This thing is the bomb together with my Pio plasma.
The image quality in SD and HD to a skin.
Since the competitors do not currently come off completely.
And I claim to be able to say that, because I was able to test a lot of HD equipment from Humax (ICORD), Technisat, etc. at my home.
After updating to the beta firmware 1.2 still came to some innovations that have not yet been evaluated in the test reports.
Copy recordings from internal HDD to external HDD -
- Recognition NTFS formatted hard drives
- UPnP server functionality
- MP3
- JPEG
- Play external recordings (UFS 922, 910, 902, 822, 821)

- Streaming from the UFS 922 to external devices
- Copying via FTP from- and to the 922 (film, photography, music)

So, apart from some details which is to be solved with security update by the UFS922 an absolute buy recommendation and is expected to new HD molt Refernz!

Supplement for 1 Star rating:
- Long changeover is automatic via HDMI on TV (HDMI handshake) and not on the 922. When set hard to 720p or 1080i, he is 1-2 with sec. Automatic makes more sense, since the best picture quality. Alternatively, an attitude problem exists with cable system.
- Remote accurate targeting: one chicken, was a problem in the very first devices. Is but at 99% of customers no more problems. My example can I hold out everywhere and it works.
- Switch is long? Ok, but not impaired when shooting (cut off by starting process)
- TVTV EPG awkward? Well, what competitors may the easier or better? Also Humax uses yes the TVTV EPG and all the reviews assess the EPG to be excellent !!
