The drawback in the matter is that the software from Logitech is totally bugged. Once I plug the headset and the software install, works since the last update anything. The headset refused to adjust the volume and the sensitivity of the microphone, both are dead. The setting under Windows and uninstall the driver does not solve the problem. Surround also no longer works.
However, this problem is limited on Windows 8 and Windows XP it comes, (tested on several computers) for Windows 7 refuses the headset and the Logitech Gaming Software to work.
At first I thought it was something on the headset, so sent back and get a new device. Miep, ZONK! Is located on the software. Therefore, this headset goes back and I'll see that I change to the competition, because to my requests via mail and in helpdesk nobody seems to want to respond. Too bad, but headsets Logitech no longer come into my house. Own fault.

EDIT: Now that had contacted me after 9 (!!!) days of support (who had indeed apologized, but hey ... 9 days your SLA I want to see ... again?) After three mails it seemed to have given up the clerk, as an update to the latest version of the software has now finally brought my laptop Win8 cause headset unrecognizable. I wish you that you fix the problem, but headsets Logitech does not come to me again to the computer.
