The decision between "cheap Mixer" and expensive high-performance mixer and then the decision between Vitamix and Bianco Puro was hard. I do not regret buying the WMF for entry and would buy it again immediately, I could not afford the Vitamix. When choosing between Vitamix and Bianco I am still convinced that the Vitamix is the better choice. Technical "bells and whistles" of Bianco not need, visually I found the Vitamix also appealing, even though it comes very retro. The extremely high Bianco seemed to me like a big flashing Christmas Cracker (sorry to all owners Bianco ;-)).
For me, a powerhouse with no frills is reassuring, because I assume that it simply can not give as much technical problems. In addition, the Vitamix has for years as it is on the market. Innovations like the Vitamix Pro 500 it does not need in my opinion, because the programs I think are unnecessary. Only the Pulse button the PRO500 I thought was great.
