Jurek is convinced vegans - at the end of each chapter there is therefore recipes that are likely to encourage many to transition into the next Biomarkt.
I have rarely almost 18 euros on Amazon so well laid out, rarely have I read such a thrilling book on endurance sports. Keep up Scott, fantastic book!
