Heater with high power consumption

I've been using this SSD significant problems. The power consumption is so high that hardly runs the SSD mSATA in a simple case. After a few 100mb data transmission collapses on my Asus UX51 Ultrabook and must be switched off. With different hard drives from Toshiba, Seagate or WD I've never had these problems.
On a Dell laptop running the plate in the same housing with the same USB cable only times without any problems until the internal temperature reaches 85 ° C. Then the plate restricts the throughput until the temperature has dropped to 84 ° C. Shortly afterwards again full flow ....
In a high end mSATA housing with additional second voltage input, the drive is running well on my Ultrabook, but the temperature problem remains. After about 50GB data transfer with ROBOCOPY 85 ° C can be achieved, and the data transfer significantly reduced.
I'll keep the plate because I'm excited about the data transfer rates between internal SSD Raid and external SSD.
