Helps very well

The TENS machine helps actually quite good. You just have to play around a little to make the point that is the center of tension. Then start the machine, so stick the pads and get going. One should first carefully turn the knob up until you notice first tingling. Then you can choose the right program (mixture of different types of pulses) or just the impulse type that suits one the most. I must say, if you turn the product too far twitch muscles pretty!
Basically as a TENS unit replaces course no trained therapists! A good and professional massage or manual therapy is not to replace it with this device!
As a support to a therapy (discuss with the doctor or therapist but!) Or as quick help at a tension device is well suited. In addition, it is small and light and you can easily take it with you while traveling. I like it.
