High-quality baking sheets with good fit

So far in our oven the standard aluminum sheets and plates all round came from the supermarket to use. The cleaning always proved to be very cumbersome, bishin to spots that were no longer remove the plate. In the two rotary-FLEX sheets this is a no-brainer. Use due to the dimensions of the entire furnace and can be cleaned without residue. Buying I had earlier intended to make - would I have left a lot to save work.
