Previously I had a DMC-FZ 50 and miss with the FZ200 very manual focus ring. Since the focusing only via a slide switch on the lens is possible and must be done with the right hand, the reaction time for tripping is longer (as well as right). In addition, I find it focuses the slide switch jerky and not as accurate as a manual focus ring. For me a clear disadvantage in handling.
