The spectacle is much too narrow. I have now really a little ladies head and had the elastic band to maximum length and have it mere 5-minute endured because the rings are thus totally depressed. In addition, the glass is fogged up. I have used it only as a costume accessory and feel it even as a bad buy. Hard to imagine how to actually use to work as safety glasses? Too bad too bad :(
