How quiet is actually .... Still? Louder than thought !!!

When I heard that Frei.Wild bring an acoustic album on the market, I was only a little skeptical. How should the sound! Each of the rock sound and Philip distinctive voice knows this will have probably asked. The answer is ...... it sounds better than expected. This album is a lot of love, effort and passion. Everyone with a musical ear will discover in the songs an incredible number of details, what you have not perceived in the rock numbers or did not feature. And each of a fan of piano-heavy melodies will here be made just like me, very satisfied.

I do not understand the negative reviews !!!!

I think this album is something for the discerning. 1. It is always good when a band evolved musically. Frei.Wild would sound in 10 years just like always, without would have items, brought a new ground in their songs all bleating. What is in these songs now so bad? They are partly a bit quieter but still rock. One can therefore confidently listen loud! And quite frankly, I find some songs sound better here than the original versions. For example: land of morons. And 2. Is this album very suitable for something cozier part of life. The songs are doing well around the campfire or when you're sitting in a cozy lap. Here I could also introduce you that, instead of the smaller halls, the tour would have provided a couple of bars and pubs can make. But what with the current success of Frei.Wild is of course impossible :-) But a certain flair would have it all. In a few beers with friends nice cozy listen to the music of Frei.Wild.

About money you can argue.

Sure it's not cheap ..... but I find the Frei.Wild in its box sets, unlike many other bands always has to offer very special "goodies". And for the money, it is still in the frame. Honestly! I can not fault it!

The new songs.

There are actually people who find it as a rip-off here the little newer songs on it are. BUT: There was never talk of a new album :-) only old songs in a new gloss. And there you have it as commend feel the new songs here with it were packed. It would really not have been nice if you like an album brings out, shortly before a band break and it would be nothing new for the ears there. The songs are really good. But some give at home with nothing really satisfied :-)

Why the headphones?

Have you asked suits you before what part to a Still-Box? Some seem to think to a power amplifier with subwoofer :-) but no ... clearly headphones. In order to enjoy a little quiet but headphones fit best. And who complained about the quality of ... hey that's not 200 Euros headphones. What do you expect? But they serve their purpose as expected. Visually, I find it great.

The bonus DVD and CD.

I think a documentary which is just under 2 hours and is advertised as a bonus DVD, more than satisfactory. This documentary shows the guys in partly unprecedented situations and also provides a good overview as the "Country Tour" to your Arschtritt Song vonstatten went.
