Two possibilities:
1 / Amazon provides the coordinates of repairer for repair (if not possible then supported by Amazon)
2 / Amazon can not provide you the details of the repairer for repair and support with 2 options:
- Replacement not the same unit with nine new guarantee
- The repayment of your purchase
In the 2 cases you return the device via Amazon supported (Post Office or UPS if too heavy)
