This small guide reviews 700 products, those that are most often purchased in the most representative brands, it list the ingredients in their composition but also the additives (colors, preservatives, flavors, sweeteners, antioxidants .. .), nutrition claims (product low fat, rich in vitamin C ...), qualitative claims (natural, artisan, farmer, no colorings or preservatives ...) etc ...
These 700 products are chosen from the ten rays: fruits and vegetables, fish, meat / sausages, dairy products, condiments, salt store, sweet shop, bakery, beverages and frozen foods.
The principle is simple, the selected foods are divided into two groups: those who belong to the category "good choice" and those that are best avoided. The better the product TOP worst, the product Flop.
I found among these 700 products scrutinized, heaps of food I buy and I still had the great surprise to find that some products that seem to me excellent from a nutritional point of view the were not and vice versa. For each product, the composition is very detailed, allowing us to see more clearly.
I think that we should not go overboard and do not deprive yourself from time to time one or another product because it is part of the list "no" but moderate consumption.
It is a guide that I recommend because it sheds light on many points and fixes a bunch of ideas.
