1) TouchFlo is a nice gimmick. However, I miss the display of several dates. It is only the next display. That's annoying. Birthdays, etc go as fast times unnoticed.
2) lack of hardware buttons. Those who want to make fast a pic: there is no button for the camera. They must call on TouchFlo cumbersome. (Well, there are buttons for lifting, placing, volume, on / off, directional pad)
3) Camera: more fun than help. Interior shots go hardly, generally the shutter lag is a hindrance.
4) GPS: compared with a SIRF II chip pulls the short straw of Qualcomm. TomTom 6 installed on 2 devices. The old PDA gets with that I turned right, the 3G Touch he drives for some time straight.
5) Speakers: the speaker is installed on the rear panel. Is it so in the car on the passenger seat, the announcements from TomTom are difficult to understand. Otherwise, the volume is sufficient.

If I have listed only negative points here, that does not mean that I am not satisfied with the device. Yet still the postive list:
Recognized 1) 8GB microSDHC (v. Sandisk) easily
2) CPU fast enough for video playback (MPEG4)
3) mobileHD TV easily and from Startweg possible
4) Opera browser for free on board
5) With Assisted GPS (AGPS) and QuickGPS from HTC is determining the current position very quickly (tw. Just 11 seconds to lock)
6) The unit has never crashed me.
7) 256 MB internal memory
8) display is very decent. By 320x240 resolution, it also uses less power than the TouchHD
9) is in standby, it can turn up just about OnOff switch
