Hum, reflecting glasses

In February 2012 I bought 2 of these glasses. Initially not used because I did not have 3-D movie or did not want to watch.
When you first look right to me then noticed the hum, the 3D glasses on the right side. This can be read here in the comments and in various forums.
Here, I then turned me to LG. Then came weeks finally the message that the 3D glasses are even exchanged. for which I have asked myself and these have just, even, sent at his own expense.
I then get 2 new. 1 was completely broken and the other one has, how could it be otherwise, hummed again. Even the 2nd which came as a substitute hummed. Again turning to LG. Here first nothing came back from the service. Call and let by make alleged complaints body. I then ended up with a supposedly worked for a different area complaints and he would take care of it. After good six weeks then finally came the promised technician who has listened to the whole thing because LG supposedly nothing is known here. Just funny that it is addressed anywhere.
for good 5 months, I finally get a statement from LG:

we tried recreate your complaint here and have come to the following conclusion:

The slight noise of the shutter glasses is inherently in this embodiment and can not be further reduced.
Nevertheless, LG Electronics your dealer if the device is in this one exceptional case without acknowledging any legal obligation to take back credit (reference about LG Germany provided).
----
LG is not even on this error but rejects any blame from himself. If somewhere on the packaging the hum the glasses? Why get other Herstelle better way?

I buy it to destroy an expensive receiver and expensive speakers at the great sound of the hum of the glasses back to me. Thank you LG.

Now I'm just at the reversal. TV and glasses go back. So I do not want a 3D look. Only the problem with the firmware 0.63 and then even something.

I can only say to anyone let the fingers of LG. The service this is unreasonable. Quality now seems totally to be out of place if I look at the history of my LG products.

- Age LG Monitor: lights and top and quite bright in the picture (ok I had then keep)
- 3D LG BD player has declined because he could not cope with double-layer BD and had broken the layer change
- IPS monitor had color distortion when viewing angles change and several bright spots in the picture -> back
- Now to 3D Monitor: not automatically switch to 2D back to 3D mode (annoying) and also in 2D mode more often lately a muddy picture. -> Will also return.

Where is quality please go? Now may I go in search for something new first again. Thank you LG for this great service. Incurred costs will of course not be reimbursed by LG. This I will now first check with my attorney and get an invoice LG.

Finger of these glasses and the best by LG. If you already have the Brile complained this request directly with LG. Only then can we make a difference.
