Small pads below are not very high. For easy handling the plates, I added plastic stickers feet to raise them a little more and be able to pass my fingers underneath. Which greatly facilitated the grip. Apart from this small detail that is not fatal, I am very happy with my plates. If I only need one side to cook, I pile them on the other side and keeps a workspace to pose a spoon rests, ingredients to add .... My plan of work is industrial style. Slate color blends well with and the reason is discrete. In conclusion, they protect my induction and enlarge my work plan when I do not cook. This is exactly what I wanted.
