I'd say: okay

I am not completely satisfied with the product, but this may be due to false expectations or ignorance on my part: Contrary to the description and my expectations, it is sufficient for me is not enough to pollinate the basket with flour. This is very quickly "assimilated" by bread and then it sticks firmly. This then destroys the whole beautiful "grinding" as the red then bursts open when baking at these locations.
The solution to the problem was for me then to lay a wet linen cloth (kitchen towel) in the form. This is the bread very nice in the basket and also receives in baking its shape.

Not exactly what I was looking for, so no 4-5 star, but not a bad buy, hence 3 stars
