A must have for all those s offer cervical !! By cons must both juits getting used and you can not really sleep on your stomach with this cushion, c is too high, even if we removed one of the parties. Indeed, it has a thickness. that can be added or removed depending comfort. I was sleeping on the stomach but in fact it s used quickly to sleep on the side or back. Since I have less neck pain and I have no more tension headaches. I really recommend, even if c is expensive, it is a long term investment and c is 5 year warranty !!!
