I keep my promise, I will come to you: Here are several months that every evening jenfile my nasal dilator! When he comes out of the jet of hot water faucet this is more pleasant to wear. I sleep with no problem. Sometimes I scratch my nose slightly, nothing serious. Sometimes I lose it in the heat of my sleep: a bit of a permanent marker at the junction of two tubes makes the search of more immediate dilating the next morning. Sometimes I'm surprised to wash in the nostrils when I rubbed the top of my mustache.
Yes snoring decrease with the dilator. Yes it is quite bearable. Yes I sleep better since I wear and I am more rested in the morning. My wife mencourage to wear it.
