Because I sleeping in the lateral position wg. Snug nostrils at the septum very bad air getting through the nose, I have now tried a few products to improve the situation.
Here I found that the nose butterfly is due to its shape not at all able to hold the nostrils some of the nasal septum, so that sufficient air through the nose can be breathed. Thus, the butterfly can ever fulfill its intended purpose, it would be technically completely revised and further developed. The purchase of this butterfly was for me anyway a letdown .....
By contrast, the nose strips of "Better Breathing" very well help to keep the nostrils of the nose stable center remotely. The manufacturer recommends a maximum daily usage of 8 hours. After seeing the nose plaster approx 6 10 nights - had worn for 7 hours while I got very good air, but the skin was on the bonding surfaces but very red and irritated. The Strips I could not use permanently continue thus.
Since 2 weeks I'm sleeping with the "snoring pin" and can say that this "pin" are now recommended. The cones are easy to handle and get the nose problem stable and effectively under control. The conical shape adapts well to the nose. However, the pins do not want to stay up all night in the nose often and then slip easily out ....
Overall, the pins are a great and lasting (---> and inexpensive) problem-solving!
