So I trusted the previous reviews and decided to purchase this item. I'm glad. I practiced diligently and consistently the recommended exercises, week after week. Some exercises (rare) remain out of my reach, including some exercises related groin. Apart from that, some lifestyle tips are very boat but that is not the subject of background. This book still deserves the 5 stars because it allowed me to feel a real improvement in terms of flexibility. And since I do the exercises generally just before sleep, it is the relaxation assured. In conclusion, very highly recommended!
