I think very good !!!!

Have about 2 weeks ago began the EFX Kre-Alkalyn Pro take. I train two days in each other then Eintag break. Previously, I have the Weider Pure Creatine powder used (600gramm) and had them side effects such as fever and stomach problems. The revenue was 3 grams a day as prescribed. Then I actually never wanted to take creatine but after the headings. Reviews I have but then decided it again with this a try.

I take three capsules 60 minutes before training. The first 3-4 days I felt a little psyched, but could not tell the difference in training. After about 10 days, I then noticed an increase in force especially in the bench press and lat pull. Even with squats I could do more reps. The entire training fatigue was less so I was able to train a little longer and additional exercises could do. After a long day at the office of about 8-9 hours, I felt a bit fitter and have thus had more motivation during the entire workout. Side effects I had except for the first few days (mild fever, restlessness) no but what amazed me. No stomach problems or the like.

Now two weeks have passed and I can write that I got a little more strength and endurance workouts longer than previously. This I have more muscle and minimal power up than without the Kre-Alkalyn. This is why I can find because I'm training for a long time and was able to provide solid, no major progress. The Kre-Alkalyn I just feel a bit fitter and believe thereby able to train more and longer. Therefore then also the power increase. The muscles especially on the arms with whom I always had problems have also increased ... but only slightly but that after two weeks but is remarkable.

Conclusion: I think by taking one is a bit fitter during training and can pull the units a little longer. Muscle growth is rather low but in my opinion there and a little more than without the Kre-Alkalyn. The pump can be felt during training itself, and quite motivating. Realistically, it is not a miracle cure but I think it hilt something just can not expect too much you. From me a buy recommendation if you stay realistic.
