I bought this book after a criticism that I read on a blog [...] I have to say I really enjoyed to read and understand a little better some things on my diet. After so many dietician, plans, this book helped me change my diet and not to be frustrated. Moreover, in one month, I lost 5 kilos. I can tell you that it feels good to morale.
